Josh Wagner has served small businesses and the general public in many capacities for 24 years.

As founder of PlanRight (1987), he has assisted hundreds of nonprofit organizations in their start-up process and IRS compliance.

He also helps form and dissolve small business corporations and Limited Liability Companies.

As founder of the nonprofit Cultural Media Services Inc. (1985), Josh produced, hosted, and syndicated throughout California and the U.S. thousands of hours of educational radio and TV programs.

Josh brings to PlanRight a firm dedication to service, integrity, and sound business practices.

Josh regularly leads half-day seminars on the nonprofit start-up process at the following nonprofit resource centers in Northern California: Compass Point (Silicon Valley) and Nonprofit Resource Center (Sacramento), at De Anza College, and at Cabrillo College.
